WASHINGTON (TND) — AT&T customers were left experiencing outages Thursday morning prompting an investigation into a possible cyberattack. University Park, PA (WJAC) — A newly released financial report from the Penn State Athletic Department shows "record numbers" for both revenue and spending for Nittany Lion athletics. The new report is for the previous fiscal year- July 2022 through June of 2023. Penn State reports total revenue for athletics just over $202 million. Football generated over half that amount, at almost $110 million in revenue. But Penn State is also reporting that athletic department expenditures are almost the same as revenue, at just over $202 million.

PITTSBURGH (AP) The Pittsburgh Steelers spent nearly 20 years ignoring cornerbacks in the draft. They couldn't ignore Artie Burns. Not with a secondary in serious need of speed, youth and size. The Steelers believe Burns gives them all three. Pittsburgh took the Miami cornerback with the 25th overall pick on Thursday night, the first time the Steelers grabbed a corner in the opening round since taking Chad Scott 24th in 1997.
