Altoona, PA (WJAC) — An Altoona man was sentenced Thursday for shooting a woman in the Greenwood section of Logan Township in September of last year, according to the Blair County District Attorney Pete Weeks.
Weeks says now 43-year-old Justin LeFevre was sentenced to 38 to 76 years in prison on charges of attempted homicide, robbery and conspiracy.
Police say LeFevre was identified as the suspect in a drug deal/robbery gone awry on Sept.

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (KOKH) — Police in California announced they are investigating claims surrounding NBA player Josh Giddey Wednesday.
As first reported by ESPN, Newport Beach Police released a statement saying they are "aware of the information being circulated online involving an alleged relationship between professional basketball player Josh Giddey and a female minor."

Investigators say on Saturday, Feb. 11, troopers were dispatched to a residence in Chester Hill Borough for a report of a 1-year-old child who was found "face down" in a bathtub.
Police say the child reportedly had numerous bruises on his body and he was flown to UPMC Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh for further treatment.
