'Otterly' adorable! Otters at NH aquarium paint 'Ottergrams' for hospital patients

"Otterly" adorable! That's how a New Hampshire aquarium describes Valentine's Day cards its otters painted! Living Shores Aquarium says the "Ottergrams" will go to hospital patients, as well as ten lucky sweepstakes winners. The animal artists are five Asian small-clawed otters named Harry, Teddy, Peanut, Jelly, and Saco. Animal-safe red and pink paint on their paws was used in the creations. The aquarium says it might make the "Ottergrams" a Valentine's Day tradition.

1 dies after small plane crashes into Florida building

FORT PIERCE, Fla. (WPEC) — One person died after a small plane crashed into a building in Florida, according to sheriff's authorities. Deputies said the crash occurred at 12:04 p.m. Thursday near Fort Pierce at the intersection of Sneed Road and Orange Avenue. The plane hit a building with an RV inside, according to the St. Lucie County Fire Rescue Department. No one was inside the building. Video taken at the crash site shows the damage left behind, rescue crews were still at the scene.

Clearfield County's child agency stressed from staffing issues, lack of facilities

The director of Clearfield County Children, Youth, and Family Services says that they have been experiencing staffing issues and due to a lack of placement facilities, a few kids have had to stay overnight at their office in downtown Clearfield. “CYS, we’re a 24-hour service and there’s no option to turn kids away," said Director Trudy Lumadue. A report from different county leaders throughout the state showed that more than 250 youth slept somewhere like a hotel instead of a licensed facility.

Police pursuit leads to fiery crash that kills 3, injures 3

NORTH VERSAILLES, Pa. -- Authorities estimate a Pittsburgh man who led police on a chase that ended with a fiery crash that killed three people in another car was driving more than 100 mph. Allegheny County police also say in a criminal complaint that 22-year-old Demetrius Coleman's license has been suspended since 2012. Coleman remains in a Pittsburgh hospital in police custody Friday on charges including criminal homicide and doesn't have an attorney listed in court records.
