Man dies after falling from sixth-story window at Ridgway apartment complex, coroner says

ELK COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — Authorities in Elk County say a man was killed Wednesday after he reportedly fell from a sixth-story apartment window in Ridgway. According to Elk County coroner Michelle Muccio-Krise, the man has been identified as 58-year-old Timothy Towne. Investigators say Towne was found dead outside the North Mill Street apartment complex Wednesday afternoon. (TND) — Another woman is accusing Sean "Diddy" Combs of sexual assault in a new lawsuit filed on Thursday. Documents obtained by CNN report April Lampros met the rapper in 1994 when she was a student at New York's Fashion Institute of Technology and accuses Combs of sexually assaulting her four times between the mid-1990s and early 2000s. The complaint further accuses him of battery, assault, negligent infliction of emotional distress and violation of the victims of gender-motivated violence protection law.
