ELK COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — Authorities in Elk County say a man was killed Wednesday after he reportedly fell from a sixth-story apartment window in Ridgway. According to Elk County coroner Michelle Muccio-Krise, the man has been identified as 58-year-old Timothy Towne. Investigators say Towne was found dead outside the North Mill Street apartment complex Wednesday afternoon.
