(WJAC) — Cambria County coroner Jeff Lees has identified the 10-year-old boy who later died after being rescued from the Stonycreek Rive in Johnstown Saturday evening. Lees says Dakota Locher was pronounced dead at the Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center Emergency Room just before midnight. The group posed as police officers using fake badges, police lights and firearms, according to the indictment filed in the U.S. District Court in Eastern Pennsylvania. Shamari Taylor and his 21-year-old girlfriend were kidnapped because they wanted his cocaine and drug money,according to CBS News.
